This website, expressdispatchingservice.com, is operated by Express Dispatch Services ("we", "us"), a truck dispatching company based in Sacramento, California. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to dispatch@expressdispatchingservice.com.
When you request a quote through the form on our site, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, equipment type, MC number if you provide one, and anything you write in the message field. We use it to contact you about dispatch services and to prepare your quote. We do not use it for anything unrelated to that request.
The form is delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-to-email service, which transmits your submission to our dispatch inbox. FormSubmit processes the submission only for that delivery.
If you call, text, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and the content of your message. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, and may keep standard server logs and apply security filtering. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a small animation library from cdnjs (operated by Cloudflare). Loading those files sends your IP address to those providers.
Articles in our blog may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies — including the DoubleClick / DART cookie — to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites and to measure ad performance. This may include personalized advertising where permitted.
Advertising appears only on informational blog pages. We do not place ads on our service, quote, or contact pages. Our own site does not set cookies of its own; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it with data brokers. We share it only with the service providers named above (form delivery, hosting, ads on blog pages) to the extent needed to run the site, and when required by law. If you become a dispatch client, information you provide for that relationship — authority, insurance, W-9 — is handled under your dispatch agreement, not this website policy, and is shared with brokers only as needed to set you up and book your loads.
Quote requests are kept in our email for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and are then deleted or archived in the ordinary course. Server and security logs are retained by Cloudflare under its own retention schedule.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing dispatch@expressdispatchingservice.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and verify the request came from you.
California residents. We are a California business. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information we hold, and you won't be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Use the email above.
This site is for commercial trucking operators and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
