Who we are

We're an independent dispatch service — not a broker, not a load board, not a carrier. That distinction matters. A broker is paid by the shipper and wants your rate as low as reliable service allows. We're paid by you, under a written dispatch agreement, and our only job is getting you the best-paying freight on the lanes you want to run.

We opened on September 23, 2022, dispatching a handful of owner-operators out of the Central Valley and the I-5 corridor. That grew, lane by lane and referral by referral, into a dispatch office covering every major freight market in the country. Our home base is still Sacramento, and we still know the California freight market the way you only can by running it.

How we work

• You approve every load. There is no forced dispatch here. We bring you the best options on your lanes with the rate already negotiated; you say yes or no.
• No long-term contract. We earn your business one week at a time. If we're not keeping you loaded and profitable, you're free to go.
• Round trips, not single loads. We plan your reload before you deliver, so the empty gap between loads is minutes of planning instead of a day of sitting.
• Paperwork off your plate. Rate confirmations, BOLs, broker setup packets, insurance certificates, and factoring submissions — handled, so nothing slows down your pay.
• Books you can hand to your accountant. Every fee is invoiced and every month gets a statement, included — so the dispatch expense on your tax return is documented, not estimated. If you want to watch each load, rate, and fee in real time, a private dashboard is available as an optional monthly add-on.
• A dispatcher who answers. Freight goes wrong at 2 AM. Our support is 24/7 because detention, breakdowns, and rescheduled receivers don't keep office hours.

Who we dispatch

Owner-operators and small fleets, including brand-new authorities. Equipment we run every week: dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, hotshot, and box truck. If you just got your MC, our new authority dispatch handles broker setups and gets you your first loads within 24 hours of sending documents.

What we won't do

We won't put you on a load you didn't approve. We won't lock you into a contract. We won't tell you a lane is paying when it isn't — an honest "reposition this week" beats a cheap load every time. And we won't take a percentage of your fuel surcharge, detention, or lumper reimbursements; our fee is on linehaul, stated up front.
